Keto Parm Crisps, Prosciutto And Fontina Cheese

Everybody likes a little meat a cheese now and again! This is a great way to enjoy meat and cheese without the carbs. Pair the prosciutto (or any cured meat for that matter) with the parm crisps for a nice snack. Be sure to use a parm block to grate cheese not a pregrated kind.

        Parchment paper will work.

The wax will of course melt off in a hot oven, so not a good choice for this. The "silpat" is a silicone cookie sheet that can handle high temps. You can also use a regular cookie sheet with parchment paper.
