  • Step 1

    Preheat a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the oil and then the onions. Saute for a couple minutes until translucent.

    Add the frozen cauliflower and cook for 1-2 minutes.

    Add the tomato sauce and give it a good stir to incorporate the sauce.

    Add diced green bell pepper, salt and garlic powder.

    Add the cumin and chili powder. Stir well and serve immediately!

      I use canned tomato sauce- (salt & sugar free) tastes good, but I mix the herbs in the sauce before adding to pan- helps spread flavor throughout
