Coconut, Dried, Shredded Or Flaked, Unsweetened

Lime Zest
1 Zest of 1 small lime

Line an 8 x 8 inch freezer proof tray or dish with baking paper.Step 2
Add the yogurt, lime zest, erythritol and coconut to the tray. Mix together well to combine and smooth over the surface with a spatula to ensure it is of an even thickness.Step 3
Transfer to the freezer to set for 2-3 hours, then using a warm knife, slice into 16 even squares.
