Best Keto Caramel Popcorn

Our Keto Caramel Popcorn is made using pork rinds coated in a delicious browned butter and sweetener mixture. Butter and sweetener are combined and cooked until the butter turns a nutty brown color and flavor. The mixture is poured over the crumbled pork rinds and tossed together. When the mixture cools on the popcorn, the popcorn will have a nice crisp sugary coating. The sweet might sound strange on salty pork rinds, but the combination makes for a delicious sweet and salty flavor. This recipe is super easy to make and enjoy!

What is the best kind of pork rind to use for this?

If possible, try to source pork rinds that are sustainably raised without the use of antibiotics.

What is the best sweetener to use for this recipe?

The best sweetener we have found for this type of recipe is to use powdered erythritol or a powdered erythritol/monk fruit sweetener blend.

Delicious. I accidentally used unsalted butter on the Chiccarones 4505 with sea salt. It was perfect and a great crunchy snack.
