Step 1
Finely grate the ginger and crush the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the garlic and ginger. Sweat for a few minutes until tender and fragrant.Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage and add to the skillet along with the syrup, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and pan fry for 4-6 minutes or until the cabbage is wilted and starting to caramelize at the edges.
