Zucchini

Green Beans (string Beans), Raw
3 ounce
Yellow Bell Peppers, Raw
2-¼ ounce
Olive Oil

Italian Seasoning

Chop and combine the zucchini, green beans, and bell pepper. Try to chop the vegetables so they are all equal thickness for even cooking.Step 2
Combine the vegetables with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and italian seasoning.Step 3
Heat a large skillet on high heat. Then, toss in the veggie mixture. Cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes, giving an occasional stir, until they are tender.Step 4
Stir in the spinach and lemon juice. Continually stir for about 1 minutes or until the spinach is wilted.Step 5
