Avocado

Ricotta Cheese

Sundried Tomatoes In Oil by Pastene

Basil, Fresh

Olive Oil

Salt, Sea Salt

Step 1
Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.Step 2
Roughly chop the tomato and basil leaves and add to a mixing bowl along with the ricotta. Stir well to combine.Step 3
Roughly shred the chicken and add to the bowl. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.Step 4
To serve, divide the chicken mixture between the two avocado halves.
