Step 1
First, prepare the cheesecake crust. Add the almond flour, coconut flour, granulated sweetener, Keto maple syrup, and coconut oil to a bowl. Mix to combine. The mixture will be slightly sticky, but that's perfectly normal.Step 2
For the filling, add the cream cheese, powdered sweetener, and key lime juice to a bowl. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, beat until completely smooth. You can add a few drops of green food coloring, but that's optional.Step 3
Add the heavy whipping cream to a separate bowl. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, beat until stiff peaks form. Do not overmix the whipping cream.Step 4
Working in batches, gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Make sure to keep the mixture light and fluffy.Step 5
