This quick and easy Asian-inspired slaw hits on all the spicy and sour flavor notes. Thinly sliced cabbage is tossed with Korean pepper flakes, rice vinegar, olive oil, and sesame seed oil. The result is the ultimate Keto Asian slaw that can be used on top of sandwiches or as a side to your favorite pork shoulder recipe. This slaw is best served immediately but also has its own merits when allowed to marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours in advance. It is the perfect side dish because it can be prepared ahead of time.

What kind of cabbage should I use?

Please use a regular green head of cabbage for this recipe. Feel free to use Napa cabbage as well, but if you do, it is best served immediately as Napa cabbage wilts quicker.

    Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut them into quarters. Thinly slice the cabbage on a mandolin. Place it into a bowl.
