Topping Suggestions For Your Chocolate Avocado Bread

Looking for a sweet treat? Try the Keto Vanilla Cheesecake Fluff spread across a slice of your chocolate avocado bread. Top off the fluff with fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, or dark chocolate chips. If you’re looking for less sweetness, spread a Keto homemade peanut butter across a toasted slice. Arrange over the peanut butter Keto nuts and seeds like sliced almonds, cashews, pepitas, or sunflower seeds. Next time you make this Keto bread recipe, add in a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice seasoning to renew the flavors.

How Can I Make This Bread Lighter?

Follow these steps the next time you want more voluminous, fluffier bread. In Step 1, separate the eggs and only whisk in the egg yolks. Set the egg whites aside. After you’ve completed folding the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, whip the egg whites in a stand mixer until they have whipped to stiff peaks. In 3 additions, gently fold the egg whites into the batter, making sure to never overmix. Pour the batter in your prepared pan and bake as directed. The bread slices will be taller and lighter, but remember this will also lighten the chocolate and sweet flavors.

Didn't like the taste, better with some Greek yogurt

I didn't like the taste until I put peanut butter on top of the bread after being toasted. I may have put too much avocado in the recipe (2 medium).

I'm confused about the amount of avocados.

Your macros will be most accurate if you measure by weight. The original recipe here uses 6 1/2 ounces of fruit (skin and pit removed).

Can you use coconut or almond flour instead of paleo flour?

You can cut in some coconut flour or almond flour into the paleo flour. The more coconut flour you use, the more carbs there will be per serving. The more almond flour you use, the more fragile your final product will be. Simply use your discretion when substituting other flours.
