How do I edit ingredients? I don’t want to use chicken, cashews, or fish sauce which will affect carb grams and calories

No fish sauce. Maybe coconut amino ( like soy sauce), maybe chopped Brazil nuts or pine nuts bc there buttery like cashews. No chicken try beef w some extra spice to it like saracha. Or turkey as is. Or shredded pork. Just ideas.

You can copy the recipe. Then in your copy you can edit anything. I change the name, ingredients and sometimes add a note for anything I want to remember.

Fish sauce has a ton of sodium in it. Is there something else I can use that will still ad some flavor without putting my husband into the hospital?

I also use coconut amino, Braggs is fantastic substitute for soy among other things
shansprague 24 days ago
I use coconut amino or low sodium soy sauce.

I use chicken bouillon instead if it’s important. This is just for the dressing. I’d just leave it out and add a bit of water if needed.

Maybe coconut amino like soy sauce but healthier

Could I replace the golden syrup with maple syrup or would this alter the taste too much?
GardenMom a day ago
Golden syrup is similar to Agave nectar/syrup. I get it at Aldi's.

I replaced with Maple Grove sugar free maple syrup and it came out delicious.

Would not be keto

I’m not making golden syrup. That would be dangerous for me. I’d make the dressing without golden syrup or fish sauce (because I don’t have those things in my kitchen). Then if it needs “something”, I’d add one or more of these things: salt, soy sauce, chicken bouillon, liquid stevia or monk fruit.

Very good and refreshing. Would definitely make again.

Thank you! I really want to try this and was hesitating because it’s a lot less meat, a lot more veg, and a lot more work than what we usually eat. But it sure looks good for something different. So I’ll put it on my “try this” list. 😍

On the top, far, right side of recipe, next to heart emoji, there’s 3 vertical dots. Tap them 4a drop down menu: quick edit, share, print, copy, or submit report. Tap share and enter their info. If not on CM, they’ll get a link. But to open they’ll need a CM profile & account. 🙄🙄 But tapping “print” is easier. Recipe loads, u download, save recipe then share recipe via text or email! 🙂
