Lettuce, Romaine Or Cos
4 innerleaf
Brie Cheese
4 tablespoon
Bacon
2 slice - 6" long
Shallot, Raw
2 tablespoon, chopped
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon
100% Pure Erythritol by Now
1 tsp
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Thyme, Fresh
1 teaspoon, chopped

Step 1
Thinly slice the shallots and add to a skillet along with the olive oil, balsamic and erythritol. Cook over a low/medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until the shallots are tender and starting to caramelize.Step 2
Add the fresh thyme and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for a minute more.Step 3
Set the shallot to one side, keeping warm. Add the bacon to the skillet and cook through until golden.Step 4
Divide the brie evenly between the lettuce cups.Step 5
Tear each strip of bacon in half and place a half over each lettuce cup then top each lettuce cup with the caramelized shallots.

Was not a fan at all. The flavors didn’t mix well together.

I didn’t need the erythrytol. Basalmic is sweet enough.
