Step 1
Add the butter to a mixing bowl and bring to room temperature so that it is soft and mashable.Step 2
Finely chop the capers, parsley and anchovies and add to the bowl with the butter along with the lemon zest. Mash everything together well to combine.Step 3
Spoon the butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap or baking paper and mold into a log shape with your hands. Tightly wrap the butter, securing both ends and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Slice to serve.
