Step 1
To a small saucepan over medium heat, add the almond milk, coconut oil, erythritol, and lakanto syrup and stir. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.Step 2
Then, add the almond butter and salt. Stir using a spatula until the almond butter is fully incorporated into the mixture. The mixture should resemble that of thickened caramel sauce.Step 3
Turn off the heat, remove the saucepan from the heat, and add the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined. Allow the mixture to cool down then transfer to the freezer for 60 minutes until firm.Step 4
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Divide the mixture into 12 even portions using a tablespoon onto the sheet pan. Transfer the sheet pan to the freezer for 10 minutes until the balls firm up.Step 5
Remove the truffles from the freezer. Roll the firm balls in between the palms of your hands to form evenly shaped balls. Then, dust each truffle in cocoa powder.Step 6

Almost as many carbs as Fat? How is this Keto??? It's not even low-carb. Stop putting keto in your titles. Keto is 20 Carbs a day. 20. This is more than half of that in 150 kcal. Unacceptable.

This is the first thing I've made off of this app. Made it up (used Ms Butterworths sugar free instead of maple syrup. I hate monkfruit). Anyhow couldn't really get it to form into the balls so I'm just keeping it in the fridge and its like a soft fudge consistency. I just scoop it out in a tablespoon and its the same serving (I weighed it... 16 oz. ). The taste is awesome. Very good stuff. Very happy with it.
