Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat. Add the bacon and cook on both sides until completely crisp and golden. Set aside to cool then crumble into a mixing bowl.Step 2
Add the cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper to the bowl with the bacon and mix well to combine.Step 3
Divide the mixture evenly between the centres of the peppers using a teaspoon.Step 4
