Step 1
Combine all the dry ingredients into a tall 10-12 oz coffee mug. Stir together with a small whisk or spoon. Ensure all the ingredients are mixed well.Step 2
Next, add the apple cider vinegar to the boiling water. Add the water mixture to the dry ingredients. The mixture will bubble.Step 3
Immediately place the coffee mug into the microwave and cook for 1 ½ minute. If the bread is still doughy, cook for another 30 seconds. Turn the bread out onto a cutting board and allow it to cool for several minutes. Then slice the bread into 3-4 slices. Serve immediately.

This is pretty good! I like these with some avacado and bacon. It is a filling breakfast.

Works in a pinch, but if you can have eggs and are able to make the similar keto bread rolls, those are better.
