Keto Smokey Cabbage and Fennel Slaw
This smokey, mildly spiced slaw, is packed with low carb veggies and a deliciously rich and creamy dressing.

Ingredients
Red Cabbage
1 cup, chopped
Fennel Bulb
1 fennel bulb
Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon
Sour Cream
1 tablespoon
Scallions
2 medium
Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick
1 tsp
Cumin Seed India Ground by Penzeys Spices
½ tsp
Lemon Peel Raw
1 tbsp
Lemon Juice Raw
½ lemon yields
Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

Step 1
Add the sliced cabbage and fennel to a large mixing bowl.Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.Step 3
Pour the dressing over the cabbage and fennel and stir to combine, ensuring all the vegetables are coated in the sauce.Step 4
Slice the scallions and scatter over the slaw. Stir them through the mixture.Step 5
Serve the slaw with BBQ pulled pork or as a side to roast chicken.

Would make again but less lemon.

Very tasty. I had a fennel bulb I needed to use up. I didn't have red cabbage, but I did have green. Not as pretty or colorful but delicious nonetheless. Found some pulled pork in the freezer and had a nice meal.

I don't usually like fennel so decided I'd make 1 svg for my husband and taste it, thinking I could substitute something for the fennel when I didn't like it. To my surprise, both my daughter and I liked it, so I made more. Thank you.
