Keto Chorizo Pizza Ham Cups
Chorizo pizza? It goes together better than you think! With acidic marinara, sweet basil, and salty mozzarella, crisp chorizo tastes delicious in a ham cup. A word of caution that chorizo exudes a lot of fat, so be careful when biting into a hot ham cup!

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. In a small skillet, cook the ground chorizo over high heat. Break up the chorizo into crumbly bits and cook until the chorizo had turned to a crisp. Set the chorizo aside to cool slightly when done.Step 2
In a 6-ct muffin tin, arrange 6 slices of circle-cut ham in each tin. Press the ham down so each slice mimics a little cup. Use a slotted spoon to distribute the chorizo into the bottom of each ham cup, leaving excess grease aside.Step 3
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Spoon the marinara mixture over the chorizo.Step 4
Bake the tray for 15 minutes. Allow the muffin tray to cool for a few minutes before pulling the ham cups out.

Umm, is it me or are the serving size and weight possibly a little off (and consequently the nutrition data)? Serving size of 13 cups when the recipe only makes 6? And 1 serving providing just shy of 2480 calories?

All information is accurate. One serving is one cup (114 calories), and the original recipe here does make 6 servings.

Very cool! I wonder if pepperoni could sub for the ham here. Pizza cup indeed!

I bet it could- that is what I’m going to use. Don’t care much for ham.
