Ingredients
Tomato Raw (includes Cherry, Grape, Roma)
2 medium - 2 3/5" diameter
Lime Juice, Fresh
2 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Red Onion
½ small
Cilantro
½ cup, chopped
Hot Chili Peppers, Red, Raw
¼ each - approx 4" - 6" long
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Roughly dice the tomatoes and onion and add to a mixing bowl.Step 2
De-seed and finely chop the chilli and roughly chop the cilantro. Add to the bowl with the tomato and onion.Step 3
Season and drizzle over the lime juice and olive oil. Toss well to combine.

The olive oil, cilantro, chiles, and lime juice I suspect — tomatoes and onions are fairly carby Not sure what “6 servings (per tablespoon)” means? I’d have to make it, portion it out — just how my mind works — or doesn’t work — however you look at it 🥴🥴🥴
