    Add the almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and erythritol to a large bowl. Mix to combine, making sure to break any lumps. Set aside.

    Melt the butter in a microwave. Add the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until fully incorporated.

    Preheat the oven to 150° (300°F). Line a 28x20 cm baking tray with parchment paper. Press the dough into the prepared baking tray as evenly as possible. Using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut into the desired shape and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

    When done, remove from the oven and cool completely. Break into the scored pieces and serve immediately or store for later. Serve with unsweetened almond milk.
