Easy Keto Swiss Chard Casserole
This delicious Swiss chard casserole is a somewhat different addition to your regular Keto summer main dish recipes. This wonderful vegetarian casserole is a high-protein and low-carb lunch or dinner you can prepare for yourself and your loved ones. It takes about 15 minutes to prepare everything and the oven does the rest. It can be served warm or cold as it is or with a dollop of Greek yogurt or sour cream. This lovely dish is also freezer-friendly, so you can store any leftovers for a few months. Enjoy!
How to substitute Swiss chard?
You can easily substitute Swiss chard with the same amount of spinach. You can also combine the two for a fantastic result!
Cooking tips
This lovely casserole is loaded with salty cheese, so we don't add any more salt to it. Also, depending on the type of feta and fresh goat cheese you're using, you may need to rinse the cheese thoroughly before adding it to the mixture.
Can I use some other type of cheese?
Absolutely! Cream cheese, cottage cheese, and ricotta would work perfectly in this recipe. You can combine various types of cheese for some extra flavor and a wonderful creamy texture.
