Queso Chihuahua (Chihuahua Cheese)
1-½ cup, shredded
Almond Flour
⅔ cup
Mascarpone
4 tablespoon
Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon
Onion Powder
½ teaspoon
Sesame Seeds
1 cup
Caraway Seed
1 teaspoon
Chia Seeds
1 teaspoon, whole pieces
Poppy Seeds
1 teaspoon, whole pieces
Raw Egg

Step 1
Preheat an oven to 350 F. In a small saucepan, combine the shredded cheese, almond flour, mascarpone cheese, spices and seeds together. Place over medium-low heat and stir constantly until the cheese has melted and turns into a homogenous mixture.Step 2
Add the egg and stir well.Step 3
Place on a piece of parchment paper and place another piece of parchment paper on top of it. Roll it out to just under ¼” thickness then remove the top parchment paper.Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Then using a pizza cutter or knife, cut into desired shapes and separate shapes so they are not touching.Step 5
You may need to use a separate baking sheet. Bake again for a few more minutes until crisp about 5-10 minutes.
