Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, Skin Removed Before Cooking

Lime Juice, Fresh
2 teaspoon
Sesame Oil
2 teaspoon
Ginger Root, Raw
2 teaspoon
Cilantro
1 tablespoon, chopped
Garlic
1 clove
Scallions
1 medium - 4 1/8" long
Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
½ tablespoon
Tamari Sauce
½ tablespoon
Hot Chili Peppers, Red, Raw

Step 1
Roughly dice the chicken thighs into small chunks and add to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the cilantro, scallion and chilli, mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Add to the bowl along with the chicken.Step 2
Add the lakanto syrup, sesame oil, lime juice and tamari sauce and mix together well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to marinade.Step 3
Whilst the chicken is marinating, cover 4 wooden skewers in water and soak for 20 minutes to prevent burning.Step 4
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line an oven tray with baking paper.Step 5
Remove the chicken from the fridge and the skewers from the water. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers, dividing evenly between the four.Step 6
Arrange the skewers on the lined oven tray and bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through or until the chicken is completely cooked through and no longer pink.
