Fantastic side dish, didn’t add the cheddar or Parmesan as was tasty enough when I tested it in the pan. Will def become a regular for us 😋

Nutmeg is crucial. So great! Don’t overcook the sprouts.

I am not a fan of Brussel Sprouts. This recipe changed my mind! I wanted to like Brussel Sprouts and tried several ways to prepared them. This is by far the best. I changed a couple of things.... I cooked more bacon giving me enoug. h grease to coat the sprouts not using the butter. I used chicken stock i stead of the vegetable stock for more protein... And I planned to serve the Sprouts with blackened chicken. Turned out delicious. You have made the Keto Diet fun!

Comfort foooood! That was so yummy. Due to what was in my pantry, subbed chicken broth for the veggie & garlic powder for the cloves. Thank you for this keeper recipe! Ok...having leftovers for breakfast with an egg. It's that good!

Cheese good. But I didn't know what "trim" Brussels meant so mine has stems - and I didn't cook them long enough. But still good

It means to cut the stems off and cut them in half.... the leaves that fall off (the top 1-2) you discard along with the stems
