Easy Keto 5-Ingredient Raspberry Cheesecake Fluff
This lovely raspberry cheesecake fluff is an easy Keto 5-ingredient dessert you can prepare using just a few simple ingredients you probably already have in the fridge (or you can easily pick up in your local store!). This beautiful dessert has a heavenly, fluffy texture and amazing raspberry flavor everybody will enjoy, whether on Keto or not. It takes just about 10 minutes to prepare everything, and it's among our favorite easy Keto 5-ingredient recipes. A perfect treat to satisfy your sweet tooth in no time!
Can I use some other types of berries?
Absolutely! You can substitute the raspberries with some strawberries, blueberries, or even blackberries. Add your favorite fruit extract to enhance the flavor and color, and adjust the amount according to your taste. A few drops of vanilla extract would also pair perfectly with your favorite berries.
Can I use some other type of sweetener for this recipe?
Any type of your favorite powdered sweetener will work here, but it is important to use powdered sweetener to keep the smooth texture. You can adjust the amount according to your taste.
Preparation tips Make sure to use full-fat cream cheese and leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes before using. Softened cream cheese will mix more easily. Also, remember to use thoroughly chilled heavy cream so it whips up easily.
Can I prepare this Keto raspberry cheesecake fluff in advance?
This recipe is super easy to prepare and takes about 10 minutes. However, you can prepare it in advance and store it in the fridge for a day or two. This recipe cannot be frozen.

That looks good. Not something I’d make every day, because that’s a lot of carbs for me, but definitely going to make it the next time grandkids come for dinner. Maybe even with a few curls of dark chocolate and a raspberry on top
