Keto Sweet Cold Foam

If you're the type of person who craves Keto dessert recipes first thing in the morning (or throughout the day), this one is for you. You can have your morning coffee with Keto sweet cold foam to curb those morning sugar cravings. This recipe is super easy to make and requires 3 ingredients only. You can add it to any cold beverage you choose and adjust it to your liking.

Is cold foam the same as whipping cream?

Cold foam is typically made with skim milk and sugar-filled syrup, which are unsuitable for a Keto-friendly diet. While whipped cream is generally Keto-friendly, it is made with heavy cream only; thus, it isn't the same as cold foam.

How can you customize this Keto sweet cream cold foam?

This sweet foam recipe is unflavored, giving you plenty of freedom to customize it to your liking. The most popular flavor for sweet foam is vanilla, so adding a few drops of vanilla extract when preparing it will do the trick. You can also add hazelnut extract, caramel flavoring, pumpkin seasoning, or peppermint extract.

What kitchen equipment do you need?

This recipe is super easy and can be "whipped up" in less than 5 minutes (pun intended). For minimal effort, we used a milk frother, which will get the job done in seconds. If you don't have one, you can use a hand mixer, a French press, or an emulsion blender.

What to serve with?

Cold foam is generally served with cold coffee beverages. These include but aren't limited to iced Americano, cold brew, iced filter coffee, and iced lattes. You can also add it to iced tea and iced tea lattes.
