Keto Celery and Spicy Peanut Butter Dip

This easy Keto snack recipe is rich in fats and flavor. Our spicy low carb dip is prepared with smooth peanut butter, low carb maple-flavored syrup, tamari sauce, lime juice, garlic, and spicy dried chili flakes. Once prepared, the thick and creamy peanut sauce is served with crisp celery sticks for dipping. Perfect for low carb snacking and sharing.

Can I Use an Alternative Nut Butter?

We have used a smooth and creamy nut butter to make our low carb dipping sauce. Although peanut butter can be enjoyed in moderation on a Keto diet, it is at the higher end of the carb scale than other nut butters. If you would like an alternative, smooth almond butter would be a great choice. If you opt for peanut butter, look for natural options that are free from added sugars.

Can I Use a Different Sweetener?

We have used a low carb maple flavored syrup to add sweetness to our peanut butter dip. If preferred, you can omit sweetener entirely or add your favorite low carb alternative. A powdered sweetener or liquid option would make the best substitutes, adjusting quantities to taste. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.

I thinned it out with water and liquid aminos and used it as a dressing on my Asian cabbage salad with shredded chicken.
