This sauce is perfectly savory and salty for fish. The fish is skewered and broiled for a wonderful flavor. You will love this Low Carb meal that is perfectly paired with cauliflower rice and a dark green vegetable like boy choy, broccoli, or asparagus which can all be cooked in the oven as well.
What other fish can I use in substitution for cod?

Dice the cod and place it into a bowl. Combine the miso paste and soy sauce together. Add the sauce onto the cod and give it a good stir.Step 2
Place the fish onto skewers. Place the skewers onto a tinfoil-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven with the broiler on.Step 3
Place the fish under the broiler and cook them until nicely browned and cooked through. Serve immediately.
