Keto Ham and Fluffy Egg Scramble
Breakfast may be the most important meal of the day, but it doesn’t have to be the most complicated! If you’re in a pinch for a quick breakfast before you head to work, you can whip up this egg and ham plate. You’ll get a generous ratio of fat and protein to start your day and a minimal amount of carbs. Your ketosis will thank you!

Cured Ham
3 ounce
Raw Egg
2 large
Heavy Cream
½ tablespoon
Salt
0.12 teaspoon
Black Pepper
0.12 teaspoon
Garlic, Powder
0.12 teaspoon
Paprika
0.25 teaspoon

Step 1
Spray a skillet with pan spray and heat it to medium-high heat. Place in your slice of thick ham, and cook it for about 2 minutes per side or until the ham is golden brown and lightly fried on each side. Transfer this to a serving plate.Step 2
Wipe the same skillet clean and return it to the stove for a second use. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl.Step 3
Heat the skillet to a low heat and pour in the egg mixture. Use a spatula to continually stir the eggs until the are scrambled to your liking. This shouldn’t take more than 60 seconds.Step 4
Transfer the scrambled eggs to your serving plate. At your discretion, you can garnish your eggs with fresh parsley. Enjoy!

Square "ham" and gray eggs? Maybe its a bad photo, or maybe something else, but if this is a "premium" RECIPE? NOt doing a lot of good cooking here, sorry. I want higher caliber recipes than this...

I added Kerrygold creamery butter in place of heavy cream. Delish!
