Keto Dessert Kugel

This Keto dessert kugel is an absolute must this year! It's one of our favorite Keto Passover recipes. This fabulous dessert can be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve. It's a perfect recipe for big family get-togethers during the holiday season. It can be served as part of a brunch or breakfast, dessert, or an afternoon snack. It pairs perfectly with some sugar-free whipped cream or Keto-friendly ice cream. The sweet cinnamon topping is perfect, but you can add a handful of finely chopped nuts for extra flavor and texture.

Can I use psyllium husks instead of powder?

You can use one tablespoon of psyllium husks for every teaspoon of psyllium husk powder. The results will be the same.

Is this recipe freezer-friendly?

Absolutely! You can freeze the leftovers in freezer-friendly containers for up to three months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
