Keto Summer Raspberry And Mint Mock Cocktail
This sweet and summery Keto cocktail is flavored with juicy raspberries and refreshing mint. This is a great option for Keto summer parties or as a treat on those lazy summer days! This alcohol-free ‘mocktail’ is also perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
What ingredients go in this Keto summer mock cocktail?
This Keto summer cocktail is prepared with a sweet syrup base. Fresh raspberries are blended with tangy lime juice and a helping of low-carb maple-flavored syrup.
The raspberry syrup is then combined with fragrant fresh peppermint and blended with fizzy water. We have chosen to use a maple-flavored syrup in the recipe, however, you may swap this for your preferred liquid or powdered sweetener. Just remember to update your macros accordingly.
Can you make this Keto cocktail using other fruit?
Of course, you can! simply replace the raspberries with blackberries or strawberries.
Can you make this Keto cocktail with alcohol?
This sweet Keto mocktail is alcohol-free, however, it is a great base for an alcoholic beverage. Just add your preferred choice of spirit as desired. The cocktail is best served over ice.
