How much green food coloring gel should I use?

The amount of the food coloring gel won't affect the recipe, so it really depends on your taste. Use more food coloring gel for a deeper green color.

Can I use a food coloring powder?

We recommend using a food coloring gel instead. It will give you a nice and even color. Food coloring powder might also damage the texture of the meringue.
