Radish
6 medium - 3/4" to 1" diameter
Iceberg Lettuce
2 cup
Dill Pickles
2 medium - 3 3/4" long
Capers
1 teaspoon
Creme Fraiche
1 tablespoon
Mustard
1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Red Onion
¼ medium - 2 1/2" diameter
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Roughly shred the lettuce, thinly slice the dill pickles and onion and chop the radishes into bite sized chunks. Add to a large salad/serving bowl along with a heaped teaspoon of capers and toss to combine.Step 2
Add the creme fraiche to a mixing bowl along with the mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and add a little water, a teaspoon at a time until you reach your preferred dressing consistency.Step 3
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat before serving.
