Keto Pumpkin Spice Overnight “Oats”

Fall brings a craving for cozy, spiced flavors like pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. However, if you're on a Keto journey, you may be wondering how to satisfy your sweet tooth without derailing your Low-Carb lifestyle. This Keto Pumpkin Spice Overnight "Oats" recipe provides a delicious solution. Let's explore the compatibility of overnight oats with the Keto diet, how to customize this recipe to your liking, and the best way to store these delightful jars of goodness.

Are overnight oats Keto-friendly?

Typically, overnight oats are not considered Keto-friendly. They're traditionally made with rolled oats, which are relatively high in carbs. However, this Keto Pumpkin Spice Overnight "Oats" recipe takes a Low-Carb approach by using chia and hemp seeds as a substitute for oats. This results in a creamy, spiced, protein and fat-rich breakfast option that aligns with a Keto diet.

How to customize this recipe?

The beauty of this Keto Pumpkin Spice Overnight "Oats” recipe lies in its customizability. You can tailor it to suit your taste preferences. If you're a fan of textures, try adding some crushed nuts like almonds or walnuts. To enhance the flavor profile, consider incorporating a dash of vanilla extract. And if you crave extra sweetness, experiment with other Keto-friendly sweeteners like erythritol or stevia. The choice is yours when it comes to creating the perfect Keto fall dessert in a jar.

How long can you store these jars for?

Keto pumpkin spice overnight “oats” are not only delicious but also convenient. You can prepare these jars ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator for up to three days. This means you can enjoy a satisfying, nutrient-packed Keto breakfast without the hassle of daily preparation. Just remember to keep the jars well-sealed to maintain freshness, and you'll have a delightful, Keto-approved fall treat ready to enjoy whenever you please.

So Good! There is room for you to add your own flavors, but the recipe itself is really good. Will make again

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! Simple & Delicious. To the listed ingredients I also added 1/8 tsp Cinnamon, 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, and 1 tsp Mexican Vanilla. I will be making this again and again! 😁
