Keto Lamb, Feta And Olive Burgers
These lamb burgers are packed with flavor from salty olives to creamy feta and aromatic mint.
Perfect served alongside a simple salad or a portion of cauliflower rice, they are guaranteed to add a bit of variety to meal times.
Although these burgers are oven baked you could also pan fry them or add them to the grill if you prefer!

Ingredients
Ground Lamb
1 pound
Garlic
1 clove
Peppermint Fresh Mint
1 tbsp
Cilantro
1 tablespoon
Feta Cheese
⅓ cup, crumbled
Kalamata Olives
1-¼ cup
Ground Cumin by Tone's
½ tsp
Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ tsp

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 395 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Add the ground lamb to a large mixing bowl. Finely chop the cilantro, mint and olives and mince the garlic. Add to the mixing bowl with the lamb along with the feta, cumin, salt and pepper.Step 3
Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until well combined.Step 4
Divide the mixture evenly into four portions and shape into burger patties with your hands – about ½ an inch thick.Step 5
Arrange the patties on a shallow oven tray and transfer to the oven to bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden brown on the outside and cooked through. Turn the burgers halfway through baking.Step 6
Serve with salad or cauli rice.
