Ingredients
Green Beans (string Beans), Raw
3-½ ounce
Garlic
1 clove
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Sesame Seeds, Hulled, Toasted, Unsalted
2 teaspoon, whole pieces
Lemon Juice, Fresh
2 teaspoon
Hot Chili Pepper, Dried, With Seeds
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the green beans to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until just tender. Drain completely.Step 2
Add the chili flakes, sesame oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice to a small bowl and mix to combine.Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat. Thinly slice the garlic and add to the pan, sweating until tender. Add the green beans and toss to combine.Step 4
Add the chili, lemon and sesame oil mixture and stir fry for a minute or so until the beans are hot through.Step 5
Toss the spicy beans with the toasted sesame seeds to serve.

Olive oil in ingredient list should be changed to sesame oil.
