Chicken thigh, skin removed before cooking
4 medium
Cumin, Ground
2 teaspoon
Tahini
2 tablespoon
Food Cupboard Home Baking Almonds Ground by Sainsbury's
4 ounce
Spices Coriander Seed Or Ground
1 tsp
Ginger, Ground
½ teaspoon
Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease an oven tray with oil.Step 2
Add the ground almonds to a mixing bowl with all of the dried spices and seasonings. Mix well to combine.Step 3
Liberally coat each chicken thigh all over with tahini.Step 4
Cover each thigh in the spiced breadcrumb mixture, pressing down gently so that it sticks.Step 5
Transfer to the oven for 20-23 minutes to bake or until cooked through and golden brown.

I should’ve tasted the tahini before I even decided if I wanted to try this. I wasn’t a fan. And it def didn’t remind me of “fried” chicken. My husband who is doing keto with me “didn’t mind” it. But he didn’t ask for it again either.
