Keto Beef Flautas
If you are looking for simple Keto Mexican recipes, then these Keto beef flautas are perfect for you. The recipe is so easy to make and makes the perfect weeknight dinner. They only require 6 ingredients to make and come together in just under 30 minutes. The best part about this recipe is that it requires minimal hands-on preparation. Start by cooking the beef on the stove. Meanwhile, spread the cream cheese on the tortillas and preheat the oven. Fill the tortillas with the cooked beef, roll, and bake until crispy.
What to serve with these Keto beef flautas?
These flautas can be served in a variety of ways. Just like tacos, they can be served over a bed of shredded lettuce with any sauce of your choice, like pico de gallo, queso fresco, and guacamole. They can also be served with fresh vegetables such as sliced tomatoes, avocado, and sliced onions.
Can you prepare these Keto flautas ahead of time?
Yes, you can prepare these flautas ahead of time. Prepare the flautas and allow them to completely cool down to avoid getting soggy before transferring them to an airtight container. Transfer the flautas to the refrigerator and store for 3-5 days. To reheat, use an air-fryer, oven, or a dry skillet to avoid losing their crunch.
Can you freeze these Keto flautas?
Yes, you can freeze any leftover flautas for later. To freeze, place the cooled flautas in an airtight container and freeze for up to 2 months. It is best to freeze the flautas separated on a plate then transfer them to an airtight container or zip lock bag and freeze. That way, you can use the exact amount you need instead of having to reheat the whole batch at once.
