Keto Pesto Sauce

Freshly made pesto sauce is incredibly fragrant, flavorful, and healthy for you! Pesto sauce is very versatile: marinate your meats with it, loosen it with additional olive oil to toss veggie-noodles, or you can cook it with a touch of heavy cream to make a thicker sauce. Anyone can make this simple recipe for a high-end addition to their meal.

Can I replace spinach with cilantro?

This would change the flavor of your sauce considerably. The cilantro would overpower the basil flavor.
