Ingredients

  • Salami

    Salami

    6 medium slice - 3 1/8" diameter x 1/16" - each 0.4 ounce

  • Pickles

    Pickles

    1-½ ounce

  • Dijon Mustard

    Dijon Mustard

    3 teaspoon

  • Swiss Cheese

    Swiss Cheese

    1-½ slice- each 3/4 ounce

  • Step 1

    Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. In a 6-ct muffin tin, arrange 6 slices of salami. Inside each one, arrange chopped pickle and ½ tsp of dijon mustard.

    Cut the cheese into 6 quarter pieces. Place a piece on top of each cuban cup filling. Bake the tray for 12 minutes - until the edges of the cups are very crisp.

    I made this morning and used pickle relish and Colby jack with Dijon!! Yummy!! Excellent snack!!
