Pitted Kalamata Olives By Mezzetta

Tuna
2 ounce
Anchovies Canned In Oil And Drained
2 anchovies
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon
Lemon Juice
2 teaspoon
Zucchini Noodles By Green Giant
2 cup
Baby Spinach
1-½ cup, cut pieces
Hard Boiled Egg
2 large
Capers
½ tablespoon, whole pieces
Black Pepper

Parsley

Step 1
Add the zucchini noodles to a mixing bowl.Step 2
Roughly chop the spinach, capers, olives and anchovies and add to the bowl. Add the lemon juice and one tablespoon of olive oil and mix well to combine.Step 3
Divide the salad between two serving bowls and top each with one sliced egg.Step 4
Season with pepper and flake the tuna over the salads.Step 5
Drizzle over the remaining olive oil and scatter with parsley to serve.
