  • Step 1

    Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat and add the pork loins. Cook for 4 minutes each side or until browned all over and completely cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.

    Finely dice the shallot and thinly slice the garlic. Add to the skillet and sweat for a few minutes over a medium heat until tender.

    Add the tomato paste and creme fraiche. Stir well to combine, melting the creme fraiche.

    Add the cream and stock along with the oregano, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and simmer for a few minutes until hot through. Serve over the pork loins.

        Sous Vided the pork chops, then seared in olive oil with salt and pepper. Sliced and drizzled with the tomato sauce with diced chives on top. Served with steamed broccoli covered with shredded salt cured egg yolks. Delicate and delicious!

          Great recipe, the only thing that I did differently I slow cooked the pork so it would be ready when I got home from work. I will definitely do it again.

            How come it says cream cheese spread in the ingredients but instead has “creme friache” in the directions? And if it is creme friache how much?
