Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Salt

Black Pepper

Onion Powder

Step 1
Butterfly a small chicken breast. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika over the chicken.Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and place in the chicken seasoned side down. Cook the chicken for about 4 minutes per side - until fully cooked through and slightly charred. Set the chicken aside to cool until later.Step 3
Cook your bacon on the stove until it comes to a crisp. When done, chop the bacon up into chunks. Additionally, halve or quarter your tomatoes and slice your chicken breast.Step 4
To quickly make your dressing, whisk together the honey mustard and cream.Step 5
Arrange chopped romaine lettuce on a plate. Top this with the chopped tomatoes, sliced chicken, and chopped bacon. You may serve your dressing on the side or toss it with your salad. Enjoy!
