Keto Hot Salami Cheddar Pickle Rolls

5 ratings

This easy, hot snack is a great way to get some fat in your system! A juicy and crunchy pickle in the center of each hot salami roll cuts the richness of the snack and adds a little texture. These are great for meal prepping - simply reheat in your microwave.

  • Step 2

Melt the cheese over the salami in your oven for about 3-4 minutes. The edges of the salami should be slightly crisp and turn up. Let the hot salami slices cool for about 1-2 minutes. Then, place a baby dill pickle at the base of each salami slice and roll them up. The hot cheese should act as a glue to hold the salami in a roll.

These were delicious but I’m wondering where all the carbs are coming from? The ingredients by themselves don’t seem to add up to what the recipe says the net carbs are. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I too find that once I plug in my own ingredients to a recipe and then divide by servings I usually get way different measurements.

2 pickle rolls are only 3g carbs, which come from a combination of all 3 ingredients in small amounts.
