Brussels Sprouts, Raw

Broccoli Florets

Balsamic Vinegar

Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw

Step 1
Thinly slice the sprouts, dice the broccoli into bite sized pieces and crush the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over a medium heat and add the broccoli, cooking for a minute, then add the sprouts, lemon zest and garlic. Season and stir well to combine. Stir fry for 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender.Step 2
Add the syrup and balsamic and stir fry for a minute or two more until the vegetables are fork tender and golden at the edges.Step 3
Crumble over the goats cheese and stir through the vegetables to serve.
