Crushed pork rinds are keto and make a great binder…holds together well.

I've made these twice now with minor modifications; I didn't add the spices beyond (Smoke n Sanity low fodmap) garlic salt + pepper, and didn't add nearly as much "garlic" salt as the recipe called for kosher salt. My canned salmon wasn't unsalted, and I think that's what messed up the reviewers who complained about saltiness... anyway, the first time they were good but a little too moist. Tonight I added a tablespoon of psyllium husk, and that helped them stay together with less effort in the pan and the texture is great. I'll definitely be making these often.

YUM! I used tuna instead of salmon, and coconut oil instead of avacado oil. I also used curry powder instead of mustard powder. Super delicious!!

Way, way, Way too salty!!!!! I’m thinking it must be a typo on the recipe. Who needs more salt with canned salmon? I followed the recipe before I tasted yuck! I didn’t realize canned salmon was already salty. This recipe is probably good as long as you don’t add the salt.

Step 1 says to combine ALL ingredients in a mixing bowl, but I think it means all ingredients EXCEPT the oil. (Maybe I'm the only one who took step 1 literally? Haha)[

Where have these been my whole life, I love them. I only used the oil for frying and I will cut the salt to 1/2 tsp next time.

Serving sizes 1 and 1/2 but because there are zero carbs you could eat three or four no problem fat content is great and calories isn't that much

Definitely a keeper, quick easy and tasty. It’s a bit too salty and I’ll add more herbs like the others had noted, but basically it is a really good recipe!

Made these for breakfast and they were fantastic, quick and easy. I added some dill, chives and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to make the flavors a lil brighter and it was a perfect addition. A definite go to.

OMG, soooo.... good, and I’ve never liked salmon. I made per recipe using pink salmon for the milder taste and adding a couple tbsp of finely chopped red bell pepper for color. Oh, and I cut out the salt because I can season to taste at the table and because canned foods have a lot of salt to begin with. I could’ve eaten the entire batch.

Great idea, but very salty. Next time will omit the salt.
