What are some fun ways to customize this cherry cheesecake fluff?

This low-carb cheesecake fluff is super versatile and can be customized in many different ways. You can swirl in sugar-free jam or mix in fresh or freeze-dried cherries. You can also finish off this fluff with a Keto crumb for a toasty flavor and an added texture.

Can you make other fruit flavors using this recipe?

Of course, you can! This recipe can be easily adapted to other flavors. Simply swap out the flavor of gelatin. Some delicious options include lemon, strawberry, and peach. Just make sure that you are using sugar-free flavored gelatin.

Can you prepare this recipe ahead of time?

Of course, you can. This Keto dessert can be whipped up in a matter of minutes. You can serve it right away or store it in the fridge for later.

Before you incorporate the jello with the cream cheese mixture, the jello must be at least at room temperature

Maybe the whipping cream that I used was not good but my mixture separated into a pink liquid and fat floating on the top… 😔

Regular brands of sugar free jello are loaded with maltodextrin. This is not good for people on keto unless you find one without...

Maltodextrin IS sugar - how disappointing that CarbManager is propogating this - this desert is not "sugar free" and exactly why I stopped using SF Jellow in recipes.

I actually made this recipe before they fixed the recipe. I had to guess on the amount of cream cheese and only used 1/3 packet of jello. It still came out great! I will try again with the correct amounts and compare. Easy to make for sure!

I would give it 0 stars if possible. It doesn't say how much cream cheese and what is 3/23 package of Jello? The recipe is unusable.

The ingredient list states how much cream cheese to use (5.29oz). About 2/3 of a common 8oz package. The jello weight of 0.35oz is equivalent to one small package of sugar free jello powder.
