    Prepare your ingredients by cutting a brick of Havarti cheese into squares (an 8-ounce brick should make 12 squares or 3 squares per 1 ounce). Cut whole slices of prosciutto in half, lengthwise. You should have one strip of prosciutto per square of cheese. Finally, grab approximately 3 pieces of arugula per serving.
