I spread Dijon mustard on top of my salmon , sprinkle with seasoning and air fry it for 15-20min on 385 degrees. Comes out crisp outside and moist inside. That’s how I love my salmon

So many people cook fish incorrectly. This is a simple but very effective way to produce a great succulent result.

Growing up in Alaska this is definitely a common recipe made @ our house! One great way to dress up the salmon a bit is by adding a few of my ideas and baking the filet wrapped in tin foil. 6 oz Salmon Filet (Ours are usually a whole Salmon filet, usually about 15-18inches long so mayo dressing is greatly increased) 1/2 C Mayonnaise Sprinkle Lemon pepper into may to taste(1/2Tbsp) I like lemon pepper. 1/4-1/2 tsp of lemon juice (depends on if u like lemon taste add 1/2tsp) 1/8-1/4 C chopped onion Mix all ingredients together. Lay filet on tin foil Lather the filet with the Mayonnaise dressing -be sure the entire filet is covered with may mix and no part of filet is showing. Fold the tin foil over the top making a tent making sure not to touch the mayo dressing. Oven preheated to 325-350 (depends on oven & how hot it actually gets) Put pan with tin foil tent filet in oven set to bake for.12-15 min. Open and check with thermometer at 12min-15min. If more time refold foil and bake additional 3-5min increments. OR if ur like me just take a fork and if the filet pulls away flaky ITS READY TO EAT!

I’ve purchased fresh Salmon pre seasoned with lemon pepper zest. I always like a tarder sauce on it with some fresh lemon juice. But your recipe sounds amazing. Can’t wait to try it this week👍

I took the suggestions of others and added the mayo on top and lemon. I'm not a big fish fan but I'm trying.

Salmon is considered a fatty fish, but if you use the mayo topping talked about in the earlier comments, you’ll be adding even more fat. 😊

The calories are wrong: Raw salmon has 52 calories per ounce whereas cooked salmon has 58 calories per ounce. The meat/fish becomes more condensed during the cooking process due to water and fat loss

This is simple and basic. Great for a quick dinner when you’re running late. I like judy’s ideas it jazzed it up a bit. some of the other post sound like critics and complainers. If you have to be that scientific and precise it takes all the enjoyment out of it. Go somewhere else!

I usually spread a little mayo across the top of our salmon, then add lemon slices and tomato slices and onion slices. kind of takes the "fishy" out of salmon, almost like a tartar sauce, but wrap it up in aluminum foil and grill or roast in oven and the salmon will absorb the flavors.. then when serving, you can either scrape the leftover toppings to the side or let each person do that. the tomato and onion are fine, but the lemon is something you probably wouldn't eat by the slice.

When I searched 6 ounces of salmon it says 350 cal and 21 grams of fat, now I am questioning whether these recipes are accurate enough to use, they do look delicious though
