Ingredients
Salami
6 medium slice - 3 1/8" diameter x 1/16" - each 0.4 ounce
Mayonnaise
1-½ tablespoon
Dill Pickles
1 medium - 3 3/4" long
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with baking paper.Step 2
Arrange the salami in one layer across the baking sheet.Step 3
Transfer to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes until browned and the edges start to crinkle. Set aside to cool and crisp.Step 4
Whilst the salami is cooling, finely slice the dill pickle and add to a small mixing bowl with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.Step 5
Slice the salami into three strips and serve with the pickle mayonnaise for dipping.
